What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical laboratory role where I can apply flow cytometry and hematology expertise, mentor staff, and contribute to quality improvement in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

I am an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist III with extensive hands-on experience in hematology and flow cytometry, working primarily with leukemia and lymphoma patient samples. I perform routine and STAT testing, analyze results using Kaluza software, maintain and troubleshoot cytometers (NAVIOS), and participate in instrument setup and quality control.

I mentor students and train staff, document unique case studies to improve lab practices, and communicate with medical directors and pathologists to ensure accurate reporting. I am bilingual in Korean and English and skilled in quality control, clinical laboratory disciplines, and Microsoft Office applications.
