What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a quality-driven lab role where I can run accurate QC testing and sample management in an organized GMP/GLP environment, use molecular and hematology expertise, and collaborate smoothly with clinical partners.

I’m a quality-focused Medical Laboratory Technician with hands-on experience across clinical, military, and regulated lab environments. My work spans hematology and blood bank, careful venipuncture and blood handling, and supporting providers with accurate, analytical blood reporting and test results.

In my current roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, I run routine and non-routine product testing in support of drug product manufacturing release and stability, including work like bioburden and kinetic chromogenic endotoxin, while following lab procedures to keep a safe, organized operation. I also manage blood products for cell therapy, ensuring correct labeling, sample custody continuity, and appropriate cryo storage. I’m ASCP certified and well versed in laboratory software and digital reporting (LIMS, LES, Maximo, Delta V, SAP, and CeLabs), with experience supporting FDA/international audit inspections, GLP/GXP expectations, and GMP-aligned sample processes.
