I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can own budgeting, reporting, taxation, and internal controls, strengthen transparency and compliance, and lead teams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

I’m a seasoned Chief Accountant & Finance Manager with over 25 years of progressive experience across microfinance, manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, and government sectors. I specialize in comprehensive financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and designing accounting systems with strong internal controls.

From 2023 to present, I lead all financial operations at Sudan Family Planning Association _ North Kordofan Branch _ Umrawaba, including data insertion, budgeting, reporting, and auditing. I manage donor-funded projects to ensure compliance with regulations and donor restrictions, and I supervise accounting teams while developing financial systems that strengthen transparency and governance.

Previously, as a Finance Manager across microfinance and development organizations, I managed daily accounting operations (lending, A/P, A/R, GL, fixed assets, inventory, and revenue recognition), produced monthly and annual financial statements, and delivered cash flow forecasts aligned with lending and reimbursements.
