My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Punjab University, where I developed a strong foundation in technical skills. Since then, I have honed my expertise in various e-learning tools such as JIRA, Articulate Storyline, Docebo, and Elucidat, ensuring that I deliver exceptional user experiences through meticulous testing and development.

In my current role at Arbisoft, I conduct manual testing of e-learning courses, ensuring functionality, usability, and content accuracy. I take pride in identifying and documenting bugs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving QA processes. My commitment to quality and attention to detail have enabled me to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
