What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my high-volume financial reconciliation, investigation and written-standard interpretation experience in an AI evaluation or data-analysis role where accuracy, consistency and evidence-based judgement matter. I work in Turkish and English at professional level, and I'm looking for remote contract work on a flexible schedule rather than a salaried post.

I spent my final six years at Türkiye İş Bankası reconciling approximately two million card transactions daily across BKM, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and MIR. I traced settlement discrepancies to source files and processing steps, escalated systemic defects through Jira and incident records, and applied Visa and Mastercard operating regulations consistently.

Earlier, I reconciled treasury instruments including swaps, forwards, eurobonds and options against counterparty confirmations, managed nostro-account and SWIFT payment operations, and contributed to balance-sheet control and consolidation. Since retiring in 2024, I have completed Google AI Essentials, Google Prompting Essentials and Excel courses to extend my analytical work into AI evaluation.

I grew up speaking Turkish and have worked in English throughout my career, most directly in correspondence with the card schemes' representatives and their international help desks.
