What I'm looking for

I'm seeking AI Engineer or Senior AI Engineer roles in financial services, insurance, healthtech, or civic-impact organisations. I prefer remote-first work, or a 2–3 day hybrid split depending on location, where research depth can meet production constraints.

I've led AI portfolios at Kunumi serving close to 10 million covered lives across three Brazilian health insurers, including a medical-procedure authorisation system that automated 40% of incoming requests.

At Kunumi, I delivered AI projects across health insurance, banking, retail, infrastructure, and commodities, managing up to 17 data scientists, engineers, and coordinators. The portfolio reached around 45% of company revenue, while my 2023 clients and projects contributed 35% of annual revenue.

More recently, I've researched wind-speed forecasting at COPPETEC on a TotalEnergies-funded project, training ConvLSTM and PredRNN models. I bring an MSc focused on deep learning, three peer-reviewed publications, and a production stack spanning Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Qdrant, pgvector, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
