I am a committed sports professional with a background in coaching and personal training. My experience as a Football Assistant Coach at Syros has equipped me with the skills to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with athletes. I thrive in team environments and am dedicated to fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere.

In addition to my coaching experience, I have worked as a Personal Trainer at Focus Gym, where I developed tailored fitness programs to help clients achieve their goals.
