In my current role as an Information Technology Manager at Un Buen Grupo de Amigos, I am responsible for licensing Office and Antivirus software for computers, implementing new computer systems within the company, supervising the correct operation of computer equipment, and configuring and installing new equipment. I also provide monitoring and remote support for mobile medical units' equipment and handle the installation and configuration of Starlink Satellite Internet in mobile medical units in multiple states. Additionally, I coordinate and negotiate with new suppliers for the development and implementation of new technologies and have successfully restructured the company's web page.
Prior to my current role, I worked as a Telephone Agent at Alorica Contact Center, where I provided customer support for delivery service and Amazon. I also gained experience as a License Manager Assistant at T-Systems México S.A. DE C.V, where I worked as a web programmer for internal licensing control and assisted with licensing for company compliance.
