I’m a Data Analyst and AI enthusiast skilled in Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel. I build interactive dashboards, automate reporting, and translate raw data into actionable business insights.

At IT Roots Pvt. Ltd., I’m currently delivering live analytics projects by designing Power BI dashboards for sales KPIs and reducing manual reporting effort. I also cleaned and standardized 10,000+ row datasets with Python (pandas) and Excel, improving downstream report accuracy by ~30%.

Previously, at eClerx Services Limited, I managed 50+ daily service tickets for U.S.-based Comcast clients and maintained data accuracy using platforms like Einstein360, Mercury, and ACSR. I coordinated L2/L3 escalations, documenting troubleshooting steps and supporting SLA compliance tracking.

I complement my analytics work with AI and Machine Learning certifications, including Elements of AI and AI Fluency, and I’m strengthening supervised and unsupervised ML fundamentals using Python. I bring strong stakeholder communication and leadership from my NCC Senior Under Officer experience.
