At NVIDIA, I led the design and rollout of a Remote Patient Monitoring platform serving 2M+ members, building Java-based and polyglot microservices that process 3M+ clinical events/day with sub-150ms p95 latency, plus an AI-driven triage system using LangChain and OpenAI APIs. Previously at Qualcomm, I modernized telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring systems by delivering FHIR/HL7 ingestion with Kafka Connect into Redshift/BigQuery (600K+ messages/day, 99.9% delivery), and I improved clinician workflows through React/TypeScript UI performance optimizations.

NVLed the design and rollout of Nvidia’s Remote Patient Monitoring platform, enabling continuous biometric ingestion and AI-supported clinical triage for 2M+ members. Architected and built large-scale Java-based and polyglot microservices processing 3M+ clinical events/day with sub-150ms p95 latency, and implemented an AI-driven triage system to reduce unnecessary ER escalations.
QUModernized telehealth and population health systems by transitioning from legacy platforms to cloud-native, microservice-based architectures. Built a Kafka Connect clinical ingestion pipeline with strict FHIR validation, streaming into Redshift and BigQuery to process 600K+ messages/day with 99.9% delivery guarantees, and improved resiliency and API latency by redesigning failure handling and REST
