I have experience as Assistant Manager as well as customer service associate with a track record of providing great customer service. I bring strong leadership, time management, and an “attention to detail” mindset to every shift.

With 2 years of assistant manager experience, I kept operations efficient and performance-focused—handling scheduling, order merchandise, inventory, cashier work, end of day report, and entering payroll. I’m confident using computer tools and Microsoft Word to stay organized and accurate.

I also bring 5 years of home health aide/caretaker experience, assisting with medications, bathing, cook, laundry, clean, companionship, and other daily living support. Whether I’m supporting patients or serving customers, I strive for perfection and help people maintain a positive, respectful experience.
