I'm looking to bring my provider-side dental insurance, claims, benefits, and patient support experience to a remote dental insurance team where I can work independently, communicate clearly, and quickly learn new systems and processes.

I've supported dental offices, patients, and insurance carriers at Bliss Family Dentistry and Roger Ortiz DDS Dental, handling PPO/HMO eligibility, benefits verification, claim follow-up, EOB records, treatment estimates, copays, and deductibles.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring hands-on front-office and clinical dental experience using Open Dental and Dentrix. I’m prepared to support a remote dental insurance team with clear communication, accurate records, and independent workflow management.
