At Ninh Da Industrial Trading and Services Co., Ltd., I established procurement workflows for imported industrial equipment and spare parts, from sourcing and quotation comparison through customs clearance and delivery. I also researched technical requirements and compared supplier capabilities, prices, and lead times to recommend purchasing options.
I independently designed and built an AppSheet application to track work from customer quotation requests through order completion. Approximately 20 employees adopted its shared quotation and order data workspace, and the application remains in use.
At Kingfood Market JSC, I analyzed more than 120 SKUs using VLOOKUP and PivotTables to report category performance, identify slow-moving products, and recommend inventory actions. I also managed non-food and household assortments and supported category decisions with sales, lifecycle, revenue, and gross-margin information.
At Mobile World Investment Corporation — The Gioi Di Dong and Dien May Xanh, I helped build the OEM watch category from inception. I worked with 5–6 suppliers to collect samples, select products, and launch more than 80 new watch SKUs, and analyzed sales and supply data across more than 200 SKUs.
