I design and execute quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys and fieldwork. I also coordinate projects across multiple locations and support feasibility, costing, vendor coordination, and operational planning.

For a customer experience improvement study, I managed a shopping project across 30+ locations and coordinated 30+ field auditors. The work evaluated customer service standards and achieved complete data collection compliance with timely submissions.

On an FMCG product feedback and market entry study, I designed questionnaires and coordinated a survey with 100+ respondents across five cities. I analyzed the data in Excel, producing insights that supported product launch strategy.
