I'm looking for a business or data analysis role where I can turn stakeholder needs and customer data into clear requirements, dashboards, process improvements, and actionable recommendations.

At Vivid Infotech, I gather and document business and functional requirements, translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations, and analyze operational and customer trends using SQL and Python.

I build BRD/FRD documentation, process flows, dashboards, and visual data stories that help teams identify workflow gaps, improve service delivery, and make data-driven decisions. My work also includes A/B testing for digital marketing initiatives, KPI analysis, and evaluating end-to-end customer-facing processes to reduce friction.
