At PT Global Jet Express (J&T Express), I develop and maintain data logic for courier performance scoring, incentive calculations, and operational reporting for the nationwide Rating Sprinter program.
I analyze courier performance and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities and support data-informed decisions. I also manage TikTok-related data to monitor courier performance levels across Indonesia.
I contribute to the logic and processes supporting reward distribution through the J&T Express Sprinter App. The program exceeded its 2026 year-end target in May 2026, approximately seven months ahead of the original December deadline.
My academic research at Institut Teknologi Bandung involved large-scale astronomy data processing, data mining using MESA software, and Python-based data analysis. I use Microsoft Excel daily and have working skills in Power BI, Python, and SQL/MySQL.
