I designed and launched a custom employee feedback system that was adopted company-wide, and I maintain data for a KPI dashboard. Earlier, as an Operations Coordinator at Adani Airport Holdings Limited, I coordinated daily work across departments and streamlined reporting; at NHPC Limited, I supported payroll processing and managed confidential employee records.
