I’m an innovative UI development specialist with over 13 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications. I focus on building user-centric interfaces that meet accessibility compliance (WCAG/508) and perform well across browsers.

In my current role, I lead UI development for enterprise banking solutions, delivering front-end components with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap integrated with AEM. I partner with business stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable UI solutions.

I bring strong Agile execution through Scrum ceremonies and delivery coaching, supported by my Certified Scrum Master (SAFe 6.0) certification with distinction (98%). I facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, manage backlog alignment, and remove impediments to accelerate delivery.

Previously, I delivered responsive and accessible learning experiences, built AEM pages for campaign management, and ensured cross-browser compatibility through unit testing and defect management. I also contributed UI issue debugging and RCA documentation to keep release cycles smooth, and I’ve been recognized with multiple awards including Victory League Award (Wipro, 2024) and Habit Flagbearer Award (2023).
