I'm building my customer support career after earning a B.E. in Information Technology and clearing the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam twice.

I communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi across phone, chat, and email. I'm comfortable with accurate data entry, account updates, interaction logging, MS Office, Google Workspace, and quickly learning ticketing or CRM tools.

I'm ready for full-time, shift-based customer care work, including remote, rotational, night, weekend, and US-hour coverage, with a goal of growing into consultative service and sales responsibilities.
