At GCAP World Softech, I lead statewide digital education implementation programs across Uttar Pradesh, managing planning, governance, budgets, procurement, vendors, risk mitigation, and delivery. I delivered a program spanning 75 districts, 2,000+ schools, and 260,000+ users while overseeing an approximately ₹1.5 crore budget.
Previously at Dhyeya IAS, I managed academic operations, coordinated faculty and schedules, delivered training and mentorship, and led 20+ seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and outreach initiatives that contributed to a 30% increase in student engagement and admissions. I also designed a mentorship program for 30 UPSC/UPPCS aspirants, with eight students clearing the UPPCS Prelims.
I began managing engineering project execution at Bhilosa Industries, coordinating contractors, vendors, procurement, quality, safety, and documentation from planning through completion.
