What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own US insurance AR—handling denials, appeals, and timely filing—while communicating effectively and using eCW/Tebra/Dr. Chrono to drive claim resolutions and reduce unpaid balances.

I’m a US AR (Accounts Receivable) specialist with experience handling unpaid insurance claims across multi-specialty and internal medicine workflows. I focus on denial and rejection work such as CO-16, CO-18, CO-109, CO-50, and taxonomy-related issues, while keeping claims moving with clear follow-ups.

I’m confident in appeals for unpaid claims and in interpreting medical records to support next steps. I also work with timely filing limits for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, and I review claims status to update outcomes accurately.

My day-to-day communication is strong—I handle correspondence by phone and email, and I track unresolved cases through to resolution. I’ve worked with eCW, Tebra & Dr. Chrono software and bring 3 year experience in USA AR calling to every process.
