At Fibregenic Industries, I ran controlled comparative testing on industrial fan blades and measured up to a 44% efficacy gain with a CNC-produced blade compared with a manually fabricated blade.
I traced customer-reported underperformance to motor placement in the airflow and a high-resistance rectangular support frame. I proposed a round-pipe frame with a centrally mounted motor alongside the new CNC blade.
I reduced custom baffle-pattern tooling costs by about 95% by replacing conventional machining and rolling with a more economical pattern-making method for low-volume orders. I also designed and built patterns and tooling for FRP fan blades, fan casings, baffles, casting bushes, and Air Guide components.
At Marutee Studio, I researched and developed concepts for a string trimmer, exploring ergonomic handle forms through iterative sketching. In freelance work, I delivered 3D modeling, visualization, and product concepts for Stotodo, Hannan Jewelry, Vidyutech, and Dazia.
