At Legero Lighting India Pvt. Ltd., I developed aluminium extrusion profiles, bollards, and custom industrial and architectural products, taking work from concept and technical detailing through prototype and fabrication support. I also coordinated with suppliers on materials, tolerances, design corrections, and production feasibility.
At VVDN Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I developed mechanical designs and engineering drawings for 5G radio units, RF enclosures, and antenna components. I designed assembly fixtures and supported NPI documentation, design-change records, and technical reviews with customers, vendors, and supply-chain teams.
At Jaquar & Company Pvt. Ltd., I designed extrusion-based and fabricated products, including housings, brackets, mounting interfaces, and heat-sink components. I created 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOM/master data while coordinating with plants, sales, and suppliers on product release.
My work spans mechanical product development, DFM/DFA, prototyping, and production support for telecom equipment and lighting systems. I use SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and hold the Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) certification.
