I deliver techno-functional support for Infor WMS v10 and v11 at Trangile Services, helping multi-country warehouse operations maintain uptime and meet support SLAs.
I gather requirements, analyse impacts, design solutions, and configure Infor ION workflows and Infor OS Data Lake ingestion. I also develop Web RF and EBR screens, custom modules, WMS integrations, and KPI reporting through Birst, BIRT, and SSRS.
Across UNO MINDA, Smiths News, General Mills, and Tokyo Freight Services, I’ve resolved high-priority production issues, supported go-lives, performed root-cause analysis, and trained users on enhanced WMS functionality.
