At Upswing Cognitive Hospitality Solutions, I built a staff-facing dashboard agent and re-architected it as a read-only RAG specialist with document citations, role-based tool access, and JWT-bound identity. I also led two live hotel PMS integrations and improved availability checks and booking reliability.
I designed a unified add-ons schema across four PMS vendors and hardened the platform’s browser-facing APIs and services. In my projects, I co-built Shared Object, which flags contradictory team decisions across Slack threads, and built a network intrusion detection system that achieved 94% precision.
