Hildah Immaculate
@hildahimmaculate
Finance and accounting professional using data analytics to drive accurate reporting and inclusion.
What I'm looking for
I’m a community-focused, results-driven finance and development professional with a background in finance, data management, and public service. I work with accuracy and accountability in structured, high-pressure environments where stakeholder interaction matters.
In my Finance and Accounting Attaché role at the Parliamentary Service Commission (Senate Service), I processed imprest requests, generated imprest warrants, and entered encumbrances in the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) to ensure accurate tracking and allocation of funds. I also prepared financial reports like the vote book, supported financial statements with data gathering and analysis, and performed bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Before that, I supported finance and operations as an Intern/Volunteer at Ongata Royal Academy—conducting monthly physical inventory counts, reconciling stock quantities, assisting budgeting and forecasting by gathering financial data, and maintaining organized filing and updated records. I also worked as a Polling Clerk with the IEBC, guiding community members through voting procedures calmly and professionally.
I’m strengthening my expertise through a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and CPA Intermediate (KASNEB), alongside data analytics training where I achieved a Distinction. I bring a strong analytical mindset to help organizations make strategic decisions, with a clear interest in youth empowerment, financial inclusion, and agribusiness development.
