Hilary Kotecki

At LearnWell Services, I lead virtual academics for a team supporting 90+ hourly employees. I coach staff, guide performance and conflict resolution, oversee hiring, and monitor virtual classroom and 1:1 financial performance against budget expectations.

Previously, as an Associate Manager at LearnWell, I onboarded and coached teachers through weekly 1:1s, group meetings, and classroom observations. I used Salesforce reporting to audit operational issues, led client account calls, and managed the Lesson Library initiative, including a SharePoint site for instructional materials.

My classroom experience includes planning and delivering instruction across subjects for inpatient students at LearnWell Education and teaching English, literature, social studies, and computer classes for grades 6–8 at Dock Mennonite Academy. I adapt instruction to student needs and bring TESOL and secondary English certification to my work.

I also bring experience in curriculum development, academic documentation, client communication, educational reporting, and bookstore operations. I’m motivated by building organized, supportive learning environments where educators and students can succeed.
