At TVRI Bangka Belitung, I led production, broadcasting, and new media initiatives as a Program Director, managing a 10-member production team to make more than three live programs daily. As Head of New Media and Promotion, I developed design-based campaigns addressing local social issues, boosting social media engagement by over 100% within months.

At RCTI+ (MNC Group), I led key visual development for program and event promotions and designed the Indonesian Digital Awards 2020 first anniversary logo. I also hold a patent for lamps made from bamboo and plastic waste materials.
