At JSC MOITHUE Việt Nam, I consult with customers, track business opportunities, and recommend options based on customer needs and budgets. I also review customer needs to suggest improvements to marketing processes and customer outreach.

I manage relationships with more than 200 customers and follow each opportunity from initial inquiry through consultation and closing. I work with the team to update product information and handle customer requests.

I built and operated an online toy business, handling sourcing, inventory, pricing, sales, customer advice, and orders. I tracked market demand and customer feedback while managing costs, revenue, and cash flow.

As a third-year Business Data Analytics student at Trường Kinh Tế - Đại học Công Nghiệp Hà Nội, I’m developing my skills in Excel, Tableau, Python, and data analysis. I’m also interested in business operations, business analytics, and data-driven decision making.
