I work where clients and technology meet, helping customers get real value from software products.

For the past 2 years at Matriks, a UK-based agency, I've worked directly with clients on a a customer-facing investment platform.. I run discovery calls, gather requirements, turn feature requests into clear scope, and manage expectations through onboarding and delivery. When a client got stuck on nice-to-have requests during onboarding, I steered them back to critical milestones, like testing core workflows, while making sure their ideas were logged for later. The rollout stayed on track and the relationship stayed strong.

My engineering background means I can speak both languages. I explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders and bring client needs back to product and engineering teams in a form they can act on.

Things I've built:
• OperatorDock: a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets companies add an AI support agent to their site, with handoff to a human operator.
• Edivent: a live website where I raised Google PageSpeed from 62 to 89–94.
