At Baker Hughes, I prepared completion tools for pressure testing and ran chamber and functional tests on safety valve assemblies, verifying pressure integrity before deployment. At Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, I resolved mechanical faults on marine engines and completed preventive maintenance routines.
For my academic project, I developed a 1D CNN trained on hydrostatic pressure-test signals to classify hose and pipeline integrity with 88% accuracy. I’ve also performed Visual Testing and Magnetic Particle Inspection on drilling equipment at GRO Oilfield Alliance Ghana.
