I've led product across OpenBA, Liven, Fupay, Zip and Domain, taking products from 0–1 through hyper-growth across fintech, marketplaces, real estate and hospitality.

At OpenBA, I built and validated an AI workflow automation platform for Australian buyers' agents, reaching pre-seed stage with early revenue and a scaling sales and go-to-market motion. I own product and business strategy alongside two technical co-founders and helped secure angel funding.

At Liven, I owned product strategy, roadmap and team across a five-brand hospitality group, launching into the USA, Singapore and Indonesia. I conceived and shipped Off-Platform, which drives 30%+ of Brandollars transactions outside the app.

Previously, I grew Zip Pay and Zip Money transaction volume by 100%+ year over year for several consecutive years, scaled the product organisation from two PMs and one designer to 12+ PMs, and held P&L ownership. At Domain, I led the iOS and Android products delivering over 70% of consumer value, including Australia's first real estate chatbot.
