At Sanar, I work on the Payments Lifecycle team, maintaining payment and subscription infrastructure for thousands of customers. I implemented a dynamic subscription downgrade system that adjusts subscription duration to payment capacity, reducing customer churn and increasing subscription revenue by 15%.
I also created a billing service that brings users’ pending charges together so they can see their outstanding balance more clearly. I implemented a system to create and distribute discount codes and coupons.
At Sanar, I actively develop serverless microservices on AWS Lambda, adding features and maintaining and scaling them to handle thousands of checkouts daily. I also migrated the users microservice from a deprecated framework used across multiple products.
At Dataside, I worked with the Microsoft Azure stack, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I initiated the company’s first microservice, which became a standard, and created connected AWS serverless functions to handle different application flows.
