What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead education or student-support programs, improve onboarding and compliance processes, and create inclusive learning experiences that help students, residents, and scholars succeed.

I'm currently managing day-to-day operations for HCA Healthcare's Transitional Year residency program, coordinating recruitment, NRMP processes, onboarding, accreditation compliance, resident documentation, budgets, and program events.

Previously at the University of Central Florida, I advised J-1 exchange visitors and supported F-1 processes as an ARO and DSO. I've also coordinated clinical placements, led business development initiatives, and supported registration transitions for more than 600 students at NYIT.
