At EXL Service, I own production support for enterprise Power BI reports and shared semantic models, and built Azure Databricks pipelines that replaced nightly full reloads. Curated Gold datasets now serve Power BI through Databricks SQL Warehouse views.

For a UK Pharmaceutical / Chemical Solutions Client, I delivered a Power BI reporting solution for 150+ users, replacing manual Excel reporting with a centralized semantic model. Incremental refresh reduced refresh time on a 60M-row fact table from about 45 minutes to about 15 minutes.

Earlier at Celebal Technologies, I developed interactive dashboards and performed ETL and data validation across reporting datasets. I’m certified in Power BI Data Analysis, Azure Data Fundamentals, and Azure Fundamentals.
