I’m a QA Engineer with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing for a live e-learning platform. I focus on functional and regression testing, REST API testing using Postman, and database validation using SQL, working within Agile/Scrum to deliver reliable releases. I aim to keep quality high by catching defects early and validating end-to-end workflows.

At Infodeal Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I owned end-to-end QA across course enrollment, video playback, assessments, user roles, and certificate generation, reaching “Zero critical defects” in production. I built and maintained a reusable Microsoft Excel test case repository with 500+ manual test cases and supported full requirement coverage using Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). I also logged and tracked 150+ defects in JIRA through discovery-to-closure with detailed severity classification.

To strengthen automation, I initiated automation testing using Selenium WebDriver (Java) + TestNG for critical regression flows like login, enrollment, and assessment submission. I’m also writing Playwright (JavaScript) scripts for end-to-end journeys, using the Page Object Model (POM) for maintainable test code. By integrating automated scripts with GitHub and supporting test code reviews, I help keep the platform stable with continuous end-to-end QA.
