My entrepreneurial leadership is demonstrated through my role as the proprietor and partner in valuation and engineering firms, where I have honed my skills in performing detailed valuation analyses using all accepted asset valuation approaches and theories.

Currently, I serve as the Principal Consultant at Hemant Kumar & Associates, where I conduct independent valuations of industrial assets across diverse sectors. My commitment to sustainability is reflected in my preparation of ESG-aligned valuation reports per IVS standards. I am also a Managing Partner at Atuulyam Abhiyantrikee, where I guide my team in L&B valuations and manage business development and technical partnerships, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and sustainable.

Throughout my career, I have held various positions that have allowed me to develop a deep knowledge of operational optimization and sustainability protocols. My experience includes overseeing daily operations at Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited and ensuring consistent power plant performance at Chhattisgarh Steel & Power Limited.
