At SRM Medical College Hospital, Trichy, I led a project to standardize administrative forms, quality reporting systems, and clinical governance frameworks. I designed patient-safety documentation and created department-wise quality reporting dashboards.
At Narayana HealthCity, I developed a Barcode Enabled Real Time Supply Chain Tracking System project. I analyzed PO/GRN cycles and ward consumption, designed GS1 barcode standards, and proposed ERP auto-deduction and real-time dashboards.
At Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, I mapped the inpatient discharge workflow and identified turnaround-time delays. I coordinated with Nursing, MRD, and Billing to improve documentation flow.
My experience also includes hospital management internships at Chittoor Government Hospital and clinical work as a Junior Doctor in ICU/Emergency at Narayana HealthCity, where I assisted with ventilator care, ABG/ECG, and CPR/ACLS.
