Hemant Aacharya

I’m a detail-oriented, result-oriented Junior Project Manager Trainee with hands-on experience assisting project planning, execution, and documentation across the project lifecycle. I support project managers in setting goals, timelines, and resource needs while contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking for timely, quality delivery.

In my recent experience, I supported project planning and sprint cycles at Naxa Pvt. Ltd. (Jan 2026–Mar 2026), preparing project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, system requirements, technical documents, and user manuals. I also conducted requirement analysis for academia-industry collaboration projects and managed documentation at the Kathmandu University Academia-Industry Cooperation Unit (Jan 2025–Present), designing project workflows and performance dashboards to monitor employee contracts and deliverables.

Before that, I worked as a Junior Quality Assurance role where I collaborated with teams to analyze product requirements for the Connect Kisan e-commerce platform and created BRDs, test cases, and user stories in JIRA and TestRail. I’ve also strengthened my data and communication abilities through Python, Power BI, econometric/time-series analysis for forecasting, and training in Power BI data visualization—along with a proactive, continuous-learning mindset and strong teamwork.
