At UPS, I lead two cross-functional engineering and QA teams of 20+ engineers delivering mission-critical regulatory and compliance products for the International Control Execution product line. I drive architecture alignment across ICE, SURE, and ARMOR, modernize customs platforms including ACE, ACI Air, Smart Border, and UAE filings, and advance the OPSYS-to-ONG/VISA transition.
I've built UPS's next-generation regulatory platform foundation for ICS2/EU ACAS, Smart Border, CA PACT/ELVIS, and UK PreDICT, while leading cloud, OpenShift, and delivery-tooling modernization. I also spearheaded GitHub Copilot adoption and created AI-Assisted Development and AI-driven testing frameworks to improve engineering productivity and delivery velocity.
