As an IT professional with nearly four years of hands-on experience, I have successfully managed organizational IT infrastructure, supported end-users, and led small technical teams. Currently, I serve as an IT Team Lead, where I oversee IT operations, including asset management, IT policy creation, and project-based infrastructure deployment. My journey has equipped me with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Now, I am transitioning into Defensive Cybersecurity, with a growing focus on Security Operations Center (SOC) practices. My involvement includes threat detection, log analysis, and incident response. I am familiar with various tools such as SIEM, EDR, and forensic tools, and I am steadily building my expertise through practical work, online training, and certification programs. I thrive in both technical and non-technical environments, and I am comfortable communicating in English at a professional level, making me well-prepared for remote roles.
