I am a bilingual Technical Support Specialist (C2 English / Native Portuguese) with a strong technical background in API troubleshooting, system log analysis, and root-cause diagnosis. I specialize in Tier 2 support—bridging the gap between end users and engineering teams through clear communication and rapid issue resolution.
