I've managed international finance operations for 24 foreign subsidiaries at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions, covering accounting, tax compliance, payroll, bank operations, and month-end and year-end closures.
I've coordinated internal audits with Deloitte and external audits with PWC, while working with in-country auditors across global entities. I also implemented transfer-pricing billing and settlement procedures and managed more than 50 global bank accounts and three payment gateways.
I've built finance process and user manuals, including a 150-page manual for the full Finance function and documentation for expense management operations. I trained a team member to monitor global vendor payments and accounting, supported new company setups, and contributed to the in-house Neosuite finance tool.
