What I'm looking for

I’m available for fully remote roles where I can lead end-to-end digital project delivery, coordinate designers and developers, unblock delivery fast, and improve operations—especially in lead generation and website builds across international markets.

I’m a Digital Project Manager and operations leader with a 25-year career delivering web, lead generation, and client-facing digital projects across remote and international environments. I’m used to working in “unstructured, fast-moving environments,” keeping delivery steady even without corporate infrastructure.

I’ve managed cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and client stakeholders simultaneously, translating briefs into shipped outcomes. Founding and running two companies shaped my practical, no-nonsense approach: I make decisions, resolve blockers, and keep things moving.

As Co-Founder & Digital Project Lead at Lead Consult (Dec 2024–Present), I manage end-to-end project delivery for a lead generation web agency serving UK niche markets. I coordinate a remote designer and full-stack developer, own client relationships from brief through launch and maintenance, and developed a wholesale e-commerce platform from the ground up across a complex multi-phase build.

Previously, as Web Designer / Operations Lead / Customer Success Manager at Website Dojo (Jul 2018–Nov 2024), I delivered lead-generating websites, supervised junior designers, and supported delivery standards during a period of significant leadership absence. I also led international expansion into UK, European, and Australian markets, and I bring strong technical literacy across CMS platforms, WordPress, and digital marketing tools.
