At Topgolf USA, I directed global supply chain and procurement strategies across a $100 million annual budget. I helped open more than 80 venues globally, achieving a 99% FF&E fill rate before opening.

I reduced finished-goods costs by $4 million through dual sourcing, offshoring, and price renegotiation. I also led SAP S/4HANA Procure to Pay and Order to Cash implementations with integrations into Coupa and WMS.

At Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, I led procurement and logistics strategy for 14 family entertainment centers. I negotiated national logistics, warehousing, and facilities contracts that reduced freight costs 40%, and implemented 3PL replenishment that improved OTIF to 96%.
