At ANKBYTE, I contributed to a dental disease detection system from data preparation through model deployment. I supported data-centric optimization that improved tooth detection performance from ~25% to ~90%.
I built preprocessing pipelines for resizing, labeling standards, class balancing, and augmentation, and helped scale the system from 5 classes to 40+ with multi-stage inference and dataset refinement. I also developed Python tools for training support and evaluation automation.
At the Institute of Advanced Biosciences, I developed machine learning analytical solutions for quantitative analysis of extracellular matrix degradation and cell junctions. I processed microscopy image datasets and automated preprocessing workflows, reducing manual effort by ~50%.
Earlier, I engineered MATLAB signal-processing algorithms for LiDAR applications at GIPSA-Lab and assisted with a neural-network project for diagnosing dry eye syndrome at Research Department UANL. I hold master's degrees in Biomedical Engineering (Medical Imaging) and Nanoscience and Nanotechnologies from École Nationale Supérieure de Physique (PHELMA).
