I'm looking to apply my finance, audit, internal controls, and cross-country team leadership experience to improve processes, manage risk, and support operational growth.

I've led finance and audit operations across Latin America, most recently as Director of Finance for Central and Latin America at Ibex Global Solutions. I reviewed regional financial performance, strengthened internal controls and SOX compliance, supported new operations in Nicaragua, Jamaica, and Honduras, and reduced Nicaragua's payroll-process cost by 80%.

My background also includes external audit supervision and outsourcing management at Grant Thornton Hernandez & Asociados, where I optimized audit procedures, led risk-focused planning, reviewed audit reports, and developed teams. More recently in Ottawa, I've supported high-volume accounts payable operations, invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and internal accounting controls.
