I am Hay Man Win, a dedicated and ambitious professional with a strong desire to excel in the HR and Admin fields. Although I initially had no knowledge in this area, I took the initiative to become a Teacher at May International School to gain relevant experience and learn about HR and Admin procedures. This experience motivated me to pursue a career in HR and Admin, leading me to work as an HR and Admin Assistant at Sein Diamond Paints Co., Ltd, where I gained valuable experience working with a team of over 150 employees.

Continuing my professional journey, I joined K&A Business Solutions Co., Ltd, an accounting firm in Myanmar, where I currently hold the position of HR and Admin Officer. In 2022, our company expanded to Thailand and Singapore, and I was assigned to study the business nature in Thailand for two months. This experience broadened my understanding of international business practices and further fueled my passion for HR and Admin.

As a highly motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed, I am excited to apply for new job opportunities that will allow me to utilize my skills and contribute to the growth of an organization.
