I am a hardworking and determined customer service professional with about a year of experience in highly active, hands-on customer service. I focus on ensuring customers are fulfilled and satisfied, and I bring the ability to problem solve while creating a welcoming environment even when things move fast.

In my Waitressing/Hosting role at Highway 67 Boars Nest, I managed multiple tables, handled over-the-phone interaction with customers, worked the register, and addressed customers’ requests in a high-volume environment. I consistently stayed attentive to service standards so guests felt supported, informed, and taken care of from arrival to finish.

At Walmart as a Health and Beauty TA, I continued building the same customer-first mindset in a retail setting where accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism matter. I also mentored and onboarded 5+ new team members on POS and service standards, helping others ramp up quickly and confidently.

I have a Highschool Diploma and I’m ready to further my experience in more professional environments. I’m looking for a team where I can keep improving my customer support skills, contribute reliably under pressure, and grow with clear expectations and strong support.
