I’m looking for a full-time role with Pacific Time overlap where I can lead clinical-grade product delivery—turning ophthalmology workflows into scalable HMIS/EHR and telemedicine platforms, partnering with engineering and clinical teams, and driving adoption through disciplined Agile execution.

I’m a results-driven Technical Product Owner with 10+ years of experience building and scaling ophthalmology-focused Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) across Pakistan. I translate complex clinical workflows into user-centric, scalable platforms—leading cross-functional squads to ship product on time.

Over the years, I spearheaded a nationwide HMIS rollout across 50+ ophthalmology hospitals, improving clinical workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and system adoption rates. I acted as the sole bridge between top ophthalmologists and engineering teams, eliciting and documenting edge cases into detailed PRDs and Jira user stories ready for sprint planning.

I’ve embedded with clinical teams across multiple hospitals, shadowing ophthalmologists, optometrists, and front-desk staff to map real patient flows and reduce requirements ambiguity before development began. I also partnered with Shifa International Hospital to operationalize telemedicine workflows, enabling remote consultations and expanding access through digital channels.

In every engagement, I focus on adoption, clarity, and delivery discipline—driving onboarding and change management across 50+ healthcare facilities, coordinating QA/UAT cycles to meet clinical standards, and acting as a requirements gatekeeper to flag ambiguity before sprint kick-off. My approach is iterative, collaborative, and grounded in systems thinking and process operations optimization.
